Assisted Living
Assisted living at Wiselite allows seniors to remain independent in a professionally managed and carefully designed community setting, enjoy vibrant social activities, personalized elderly care and 24-hour support services.
Memory Care
We offer memory care for residents with Alzheimer’s and other forms of memory loss. We do this within specially designed, safe, and stimulating environments. In these environments, residents can pursue new or old interests. They can also participate in stimulating activities designed to aid reminiscence.
We use separate areas of our facilities for our memory focused activities. These activities are coordinated by memory care professionals.
Respite Care
Respite care are short term stays at Wiselite. This service is available to seniors whose caregiver may become temporarily unavailable due to ill health, other commitments or an extended vacation.
Our respite care services also support seniors who need rehabilitation assistance after stay at a hospital, rehabilitation centre, or during an illness. We’ll coordinate medication and provide 24-hour care to help speed up recovery.
Hospice Care
We help coordinate hospice care services with other professional caregivers and medical personnel to ensure personalized treatment, and compassionate care for those requiring end-of-life care. Our hospice care services are aimed at making transition easier for your elderly loved ones.
