Wiselite Assisted Living Costs

Our senior care model offers a much higher caregiver-to-resident ratio than most facilities that ensure person-centered care.

Note: Wiselite is a Private Pay Facility.

At this time we DO NOT accept Medicare, Medicaid or any Long Term Care Insurance.

Room Rates as of June 2021

All rates are per person and are billed on a monthly basis. We have included a breakdown to daily rate (DR) for clarity purposes only.

Before a new resident moves in, we evaluate the level of care (LOC) they need. Based on the LOC there may be additional charges. However, the rate remains the same for the first 6 months that a resident is with us.

We strive to have an “all inclusive” pricing model as best we can. All house meals, snacks, beverages, basic laundry, cable TV, internet access, newspapers and magazines are included in the rates shown here.
